I personally could not recommend James highly enough. His communication throughout the entire loan process was excellent. He was constantly moving between us, the vendor, and the banks to make sure everyone was on the same page, and fully aware of what was going on. As a testament to his quality of work, he actually managed to get us a home loan during COVID, which I can assure you was no easy feat. Finally, beyond all of that, he showed a level of genuine care that is uncommon in any industry. There was no doubt in my mind that he had nothing but my families best interest at heart.

Matt Penny is the most dedicated and hardworking broker I have ever dealt with. My recent property purchase was anything but straight forward and despite the hurdles Matt took them all in his stride and kept pushing to get it across the line for me. I can honestly say that if Matt had not come along for the roller-coaster ride that was purchasing my first home, I would have fallen off the ride altogether. So I went for an open inspection and instantly wanted to purchase the property. Without any pre approval I made an offer subject to finance. I contacted Matt who promptly got the ball rolling. He quickly got it approved with very competitive interest rates and with a fantastic attitude.

Matt asked if we wanted a 5 minute home loan review at no-cost. We decided to have a look at our options and we ended up saving $273 per month on our repayments with a new lender. It really is smart to ask and see what is out there as our Bank never advised us if we were eligible for a cheaper product. I could not speak highly enough of the service Matt provided us and assisting us with our finances. I strongly recommend you take the small amount of time to see what you could potentially save with minimum effort.
